The All-Black takes the same 38mm form and Swiss movement as The Classic and applies a matte black PVD coating to the stainless steel case. The dial is black, the case is black - the gold-plated hands and red enamel second hand are the only interruptions to the monochrome. The PVD coating gives the steel a different quality to the polished finish: harder in character, absorbing light rather than reflecting it.
